PORSCHE — Drive Experience & Sales Funnel

Context & Stakes

Porsche Drive is a premium vehicle subscription service targeting affluent professionals who want flexibility without traditional ownership. The experience spanned website, email, and print touchpoints—but inconsistencies across channels were undermining the luxury positioning and creating friction in the conversion funnel.

My Role & Leadership

Lead UX Auditor and Strategist. I conducted a comprehensive heuristic evaluation across all touchpoints, identified experience gaps, and delivered prioritized recommendations.

Solution

Mapped the subscriber journey from awareness to activation, identifying where channel handoffs created confusion or dropped context. Delivered a consolidated audit with severity ratings, quick wins, and strategic recommendations for each touchpoint. Focused on maintaining premium brand perception while reducing cognitive load in the sign-up flow.

Luxury isn't just aesthetics—it's friction removal. The strategy was to make every touchpoint feel effortless and considered, matching the white-glove experience Porsche promises in person.

The solution unified Porsche’s digital ecosystem into a modern, intuitive e-commerce experience that put the user at the center. I reimagined the booking flow—reducing a 30-step process to just 9—by focusing on clarity, progressive disclosure, and brand immersion. Every interaction, from car selection to checkout, was optimized for speed and emotional resonance. Visual design reflected Porsche’s precision engineering through restrained elegance, motion, and high-performance cues, while backend integrations ensured a seamless link between marketing, inventory, and scheduling systems.
